Millions of people’s right to health is being increasingly threatened worldwide. Diseases, disasters, and conflicts are leading causes of death and disability, causing devastation and suffering. The burning of fossil fuels is exacerbating the climate crisis and polluting the air, resulting in a life being lost every 5 seconds.
I would like to ask you this – If YOU are given a choice to choose between HEALTH and WEALTH. What are You Going to Choose?
You are more likely to choose WEALTH (not most of YOU) and later going to spend that money in search of YOUR HEALTH!
Why waste time, effort, and most importantly sacrificing your health in search of money and later spend it, why not make wise decisions when things are literally in your hands?
So when I say, Health is WEALTH. This is what I mean!
NOW! There’s another catch in this phrase…You can convert your good health into wealth, ask me how. When you are energized, physically and mentally fit, and most importantly HAPPY– You will be able to excel in any field you want – use your health and focus on the right path and witness the unbelievable YOU!
It’s common knowledge that what I just mentioned is nothing groundbreaking. We may all acknowledge it, but do we truly realize this fact and act accordingly?
Some may argue, “It’s convenient for you to preach this way,” or “You don’t have the same obligations or stability in life.” However, using these reasons to neglect your well-being is not justifiable. If you neglect your health, who will be there to lead your life? No one! If you’re not in good health, who will care for your loved ones? A challenging thought indeed! Think about it!

You always feel Tired:
Your fatigue may stem from factors such as staying up late, engaging in intense physical activities like CrossFit, or attending childcare duties. It could also be due to underlying issues like thyroid dysfunction, adrenal fatigue, or your body being drained from battling the effects of processed foods, smoking, drinking, or environmental toxins.
Moreover, constant stress might leave you drained as your body works tirelessly to shield you from infections, cancer, and other serious ailments. Chronic fatigue could be a subtle indicator that your nervous system is trapped in a continuous stress response mode. It’s a signal that your body needs attention and care, so don’t ignore the signs of exhaustion.
Here are Ayurvedic home remedy to combat fatigue:
- 10 pieces of black raisins
- 4 dates
- 1 tsp of fennel
- 1 cardamom
- 2 figs
- 2 almonds
Soak these ingredients in half a glass of water overnight and consume them in the morning.

Bowel Problems such as Constipation, Acidity and Indigestion:
You may only have a bowel movement once a day, or even every other day. Ideally, healthy bowels should move each time you eat a meal, a response known as the “gastro-colic reflex.” This reflex prompts the bowels to eliminate waste and create space for new nutrients when food enters the digestive tract. Without regular bowel movements, one can become bloated and uncomfortable. Constipation can lead to toxins seeping through the bowel lining into the bloodstream, causing inflammation and increasing the risk of various health issues. Remember, your bathroom routine is crucial for your well-being!
- Soak 20 black raisins in 1 glass of water overnight and have them in the morning.
- Take one tablespoon of castor oil at bedtime.
- Apply lukewarm sesame oil on the naval during taking bath and put a towel (which is dipped in warm water) on the lower abdomen.
